1. TCM diagnosis needs tongue extension pictures both at the moss surface and under the tongue. Try to take pictures in outdoor light under direct sunlight if possible. When taking pictures, the following points need to be noted:
Light: Please choose the daytime and shoot under enough and soft natural light, such as near the door, balcony, window. Avoiding darkness and overexposure to light.
Position: The position of the camera must be slightly higher than the tongue, and the best is that picture to be taken by others. However, if it is not convenient to get others, you can use a front camera to take.
Posture: The head is raised slightly, the tongue is naturally extended out of the mouth, the tongue body is relaxed, the tongue surface is flat, the tongue tip is slightly downward, try to open the mouth to fully expose the tongue body, and do not stretch the tongue excessively. Avoid prolonged time and excessive force. When shooting the posture of tongue extension under the tongue: the mouth opens wide; the tongue is tilted toward the upper jaw. Touch the tip of the tongue lightly to the palate to avoid prolonged tongue sticking time and excessive force. The person who took the picture should take a good angle and capture more tongue parts.
Focus: In the center of the tongue, make sure the picture is clear.
Note: Do not take pictures after eating colored food or drugs. Do not take pictures under colored light sources. Do not take pictures right after getting off bed in the morning. Do not take pictures of your tongue within half an hour after meals. In addition, please do not use the beauty function.
3. If it is night, take a picture under the light or use a flash, beside the face, at the same time, hold up a white paper as a color difference reference.
